The project partners of Notaries Beyond Frontiers (NBF)<\/strong> held their final conference online on Monday, March 22nd 2021<\/strong> (2 p.m.-6 p.m.) <\/strong>with simultaneous French - English translation. <\/p>

This free event provided an update on European regulations 2016\/1103 matrimonial regimes and 2016\/1104 registered partnership since their entry into force on January 29, 2019, on the good notarial practices identified during NBF workshops and on the challenges that remain to be met. This event also enabled you to ask  questions about regulations 2016\/1103 and 2016\/1104 and receive a reply.<\/p>

This conference was organized with the participation of the Directorate General for Justice and Consumers of the European Commission and co-funded by the 2014-2020 Justice program of the European Union.<\/a><\/p>

NBF project's conclusions & recommendations<\/h2>

Following the final conference held on March 22, 2021, the Notaries Beyond Frontiers project partners published their conclusions and recommendations. These are linked to the European regulations deal with during meetings between European notaries.<\/p>
